Setup Failed
Solution:
The failed setup issue was caused by latency on the network. The setup files were located on a remote, mapped network drive.
To sucessfully install Visual Studio, perform the following steps:
* Clear the temp folder.
* Start > Run > %Temp% > Delete files.
* Copy the setup files locally.
* Run setup.exe.
